Two neighbours, a flowerpot and three years without saying hello.

She waters from her balcony, and every day a little water drips down. Below there is an awning, and drop by drop the water rots the fabric. The neighbour downstairs has already replaced it twice, but never raised it at the residents' meeting. Now it is rotten again, and she says she will not pay another cent of community fees until the community demands civic behaviour from the neighbour upstairs.

The problem is no longer a flowerpot and an awning: now the whole building is at war over a flowerpot. Nobody here is the villain. One person waters, and the other, back when it started, said nothing.

The fix cost two euros: a saucer under the pot.
