What I say in the video

This is a real condition report. Let me show it to you page by page.

Page one: the address, the day and time of the visit, and who was there. It looks like the least interesting sheet in the world, and it is the one that says it happened that day and not another.

Then the readings: electricity, water and gas, with a photo of every meter. And the keys, counted.

Then room by room: the numbered photos and every defect with its priority and who it falls to: tenant, owner or shared.

At the end, the summary: how many defects, which ones are urgent, and the proposed deposit deduction with the reason behind every euro. And on the last page, both parties' signatures.

No opinions. Photos, dates, signatures and the article of the law that says so. That is why it is not argued about.
