What you get within 48 hours

2026-09-06 · Sèrie: per a administradors de finques

What I say in the video

This is exactly what you get from me within 48 hours. Guaranteed.

The day after the visit, the keys and the signed check-out record. At your office, not in the letterbox.

Within 48 hours, the report: the readings with a photo of every meter, every defect photographed next to the photo from move-in day, and a proposed deposit deduction where it applies, with the reason behind every euro.

No opinions. No "I would say". Photos, dates and signatures. If the owner asks, you can forward the PDF without adding a single line. And if the tenant raised an objection, it is there too, in their own handwriting, so nobody can claim they were not heard.

48 hours. Your job is to decide. Mine is to let you decide without going back to the flat. Think I can help?
